1. Flower arrangements shown here are indicative. We do our best to give better result than shown. It may be possible that actual arrangement varies due to availability of flowers and other reasons beyond our control.

2. If ordered flowers/cake/sweets are not available in the respective city or town, we shall deliver available best quality flowers/cake/sweets of equal value according to our substitution policy.

3. In case of flowers, cakes, sweets (all being perishable items) if the receiver or any representative is not available at the time of delivery, we shall take the order as delivered. However we always try to take an appointment over phone before delivery.

4. Delivery of certain items may not be possible under certain uncontrollable circumstances. However, you always have a right to get 100% refund of your money.

5. No claim of whatsoever nature under any circumstances will be tenable other than the claim for 100% refund of payment made. All such claims if any, are to be raised within 24 hours of delivery /non delivery.

6. The owners of the site retains the right to refuse any order unconditionally.

7. All claims are subject to the jurisdiction of local Kolhapur Court only in India.

DISCLAIMER

1. Orders received till 4 pm will be delivered on same day unless delivery date in mentioned.

2. We deliver on Sundays also.

3. If The above product is not available the it may be substituted with next available product.

4. We will attempt delivery of the items once. Incase the delivery is not executed during the attempt, due to wrong address/recipient not available/premises locked,Ph No wrong, the customer shall still be charged for the order and there will be no re-delivery attempt.

5. Please note that Flowers, Cakes and other perishable products are sourced locally at the delivery location & will be hand delivered.

6. Deliveries may not be done on National Holidays.

7. The image displayed in indicative in nature. Actual product may vary in shape or design as per the availability.

8. We regularly deliver Fresh Cream (Cold Cakes , Pastry Cakes) But in rare conditions if the address is far and for small town , it may be substituted with butter cream cakes or next best available cake.
